Services · Audit coordination

We prepare. Your auditor signs.

This boundary isn't a limitation — it's the point. Auditor independence exists so the person forming the opinion isn't the same person who prepared the numbers. We keep that line clear, always.

What we do / what we don't do

What we do
  • Prepare the audit-ready file: planning documentation, risk register
  • Build working papers and substantive test support across all 12 ISA phases
  • Coordinate directly with your independent auditor through to their signed opinion
  • Keep the file current year-round, not assembled once at year-end
What we don't do
  • Perform or execute the audit itself
  • Issue or sign an audit opinion
  • Hold ourselves out as your statutory auditor

Frequently asked

Do you sign audits?
No. In Cyprus, only an ICPAC-licensed audit firm may sign a statutory audit opinion. Chrysos Dossiers is not a licensed audit firm and does not accept engagements framed as if it were. We prepare the audit-ready file — an independent, licensed firm performs the audit and signs the opinion.
Why keep this boundary so explicit?
Auditor independence is a professional and regulatory requirement (ICPAC, IESBA Code) precisely because the preparer and the signer should not be the same party. We think that's a trust signal, not a limitation — it's why the working papers we build are structured to survive genuine independent scrutiny, not just to check a box.
Who actually signs the opinion?
Your independent, ICPAC-licensed Cyprus audit firm. We coordinate the file, the timeline, and the working papers directly with them.
