Private access,
defined by authority.

Each managed relationship can include separate governed spaces for clients and authorised professional parties. Access is personal, purpose-bound and limited to the dossiers, entities, periods and matters for which authority has been recorded.

01

Client space

For UBOs, directors and authorised representatives to understand the current position, respond once and exercise their authority with prepared context.

  • Your current position and no more than five priority decisions
  • Structure, ownership and UBO information approved for your view
  • Purpose-specific requests, responses and completion status
  • Selected obligations, documents and dossier reports
  • Authorised users and professional relationships
  • Access-change, export and orderly handover requests

02

Professional space

For authorised suppliers and advisers to receive precisely scoped requests, deliver information and confirm the work entrusted to them.

  • Only assigned clients, entities, periods, matters and requests
  • Requirements, due dates and controlled delivery
  • Questions and exceptions requiring clarification
  • Statements, deliverables and fee information where authorised
  • Responsibility and completion confirmations
  • No access to another professional’s material unless expressly authorised

Access follows authority.

Every user is individually identified. Access may be added, narrowed, expired or withdrawn when authority or purpose changes. Information supplied through a space is reviewed before it changes the maintained dossier.

01

Authority remains

The space helps you exercise authority; it does not transfer it to Chrysos.

02

Purpose limits access

Visibility follows the dossier, entity, period, matter or request entrusted to the user.

03

Records remain portable

Your information can be exported and handed over without rebuilding the history.

04

Responsibilities stay clear

Independent regulated acts remain with the appropriately licensed professional.
